SEATING FOR FIRST COMMUNION:
In order to provide you with the opportunity to celebrate fully with family and friends, there will be THREE liturgies on Saturday morning, May 7th. The families are assigned by the child’s last name as follows:
If your child’s last name initial is A-Gleckel you are in the 9am liturgy
If your child’s last name initial is Goncalves-Morrison you are in the 11am liturgy
If your child’s last name initial is Muhlfeld-Z you are in the 1pm liturgy
Seating is assigned, randomly drawn after duties are determined.
Each child may have 2 adults with them in the pew. There are three (3) communicants with the 2 adults in the pew, for total of 9. Parents are the usual adults, and siblings (including infants) sit in the side areas or behind the reserved pews. Only 2 adults are allowed per child per pew. If you are a single parent, you may choose a godparent, grandparent, or other adult family member. Brothers and sisters are not allowed in the pew and arrangements should be made for them to sit with friends or relatives in the other areas of the church.
There is no photography permitted during the First Communion Mass. This is a tradition at every sacrament and we appreciate your cooperation!
